UPCARGO Logistics, representing Panama in the Project Logistics Alliance, has successfully delivered three tanks for a water treatment plant in Panama's western region. This plant is poised to benefit approximately 500,000 people by providing clean drinking water.

The journey of the tanks, which were loaded onto three 40' FR containers, started in Barcelona, Spain. The three tanks measured 10.92 x 4.27 x 4.40 m and weighed 10,000 kg each. The scope of work undertaken by the UPCARGO Logistics team included:

Route study prior to the arrival of the cargo
Inspection in Port
Customs clearance documentation
Unloading diagram for the customer
Unstuffing operation in port from the flat rack to the lowboys
