We have previously reported about this project but we don’t get tired of promoting a successful collaboration between two Project Logistics Alliance members. Especially, when there is a new video available giving us insights on the operation and transport management.
In November/ Dezember 2020, Goodrich Central Asia (representing us in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) and Afriguide Logistics (member from South Africa) worked together on a transport of 12 shell cans from South Africa to Kazahkstan. The main units weighed 45 to 60 tons and reached dimensions of 7.9 x 4.7 x 4.3 meters.
Despite the dimensions, weights and permits the most remarkable figure of this transport is that the shell cans traveled from positive 30°C to -25°C. Congratulations from the entire Project Logistics Alliance team to the dedicated staff of Goodrich Central Asia and Afriguide Logistics, you did a great job together!
To all our readers, we hope you enjoy watching the video as much as we did.
