SAL Heavy Lift Delivers Suction Piles Floating LNG Facility Off The Coast Of Mozambique

MV Caroline recently loaded 20 suction piles in Singapore for SAL Heavy Lift’s Client, TP JGC Coral France (Technip Energies – JGC Holdings Joint Venture) with destination Mozambique. These suction piles with lengths up to 21 meters and weights up to 160mt will form part of the permanent mooring of the Coral-Sul FLNG floater.

MV Carolinel is currently in Mozambique where she is handing over the suction piles to the installation vessel which will install them at a water depth of about 2,000 meters. The cooperation between all parties has been very good with a focus on safety and ensuring on-time delivery.
