Modus Logistics Management, representing Greece in the Project Logistics Alliance, recently transported a 72-ton transformer approximately 300 kilometres. The transformer, which measured 800 (L) x 325 (W) x 385 (H) cm along with its accessories, was moved from the Port of Preveza in Western Greece to a project site in Central Greece.

The entire logistics operation was thoroughly executed, encompassing a comprehensive range of services. From initial cargo handling under the hook and quayside management to navigating customs clearance, transportation, careful unloading, and precise positioning of the transformer at the project site, every detail was carefully coordinated.

Despite challenging weather conditions, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism by completing the project on time, within budgetary constraints, and maintaining the highest safety standards.
