India – Total Movements, a member of the Project Logistics Alliance for Indonesia, recently undertook a complex heavy-lift transportation operation. This endeavour involved the transportation of a 41-meter-long, 680 MT Ammonia Converter and a 30-meter-long, 380 MT Ammonia Unitized Chiller from the supplier's factory to the loading port using a multi-modal transportation approach.

The operation encompassed several key stages, which were all under the scope of the Total Movements team, including road transportation from the supplier's factory to the nearest jetty, the careful loading of these sizable components onto a barge, a coastal journey to the final loading port on India's west coast, and the precise alignment of the cargo alongside the awaiting vessel.
