ENKI Transport & Trading Delivers Cargoes For The United Nations Assistance Mission Iraq

Project news from ENKI Transport & Trading, Project Logistics Alliance member in Iraq. They have successfully completed the operations to deliver generators and accessories which were installed in 10x 20' SOC. Loading of the cargo took place at Mersin Port, Turkey. From there, the shipment was delivered to UNAMI (the United Nations Assistance Mission Iraq) in Erbil and Baghdad.

ENKI's scope of work included handling of the arriving cargoes at the port operation in Mersin, transshipment in Zakho, Iraq in the ENKI warehouse for Baghdad shipments, lashing and securing, and assistance at the offloading of the cargoes at the UNAMI Erbil job site. Throughout the entire transport, the team of ENKI coordinated communication between all parties involved and was responsible for approvals and permits for the diplomatic shipments and customs clearance.
