Dealex Transport, representing Ukraine in the Project Logistics Alliance, has seamlessly completed the delivery of three heavy cranes from China to Ukraine. The cranes, manufactured by the renowned Chinese producer Zoomlion, posed a logistical challenge due to their substantial dimensions and weight.
The measurements of the delivered cranes varied from 12000 x 2500 x 3700 mm to 15000 x 3000 x 3900 mm, with weights ranging between 35,000 kgs and 55,000 kgs. Loading operations were conducted efficiently in Tianjin and Shanghai, marking the commencement of their journey to Europe.

One of the most challenging aspects of this shipment was dealing with the size of the cranes. Pilot services were indispensably employed throughout the entire route to facilitate necessary modifications and ensure a smooth transit process.

Dealex Transport utilised low-bed trailers equipped with 4.5 and 6 axles to transport the cranes, ensuring secure and stable transportation. Furthermore, tarpaulin covers were provided upon the client's special request to safeguard the cargo during transit. At the Port of Constanța, innovative techniques such as traverse beams with soft slings were employed to lift the cranes through the outriggers and wheels.
